Iris directs and is the head teacher at
Berkeley Institute of Homeopathy. She has created a unique approach
which combines the classical training necessary to become an effective
homeopathy practitioner with contemplative and awareness practices. This
integration provides the foundation for true understanding which is
grounded in experience, both for self discovery and healing and also for
the investigation of the energetic nature of health, disease and
homeopathic medicines.

What is Homeopathy?
Homeopathy is a scientific system of healing based on a principle described by writers as early as Hippocrates which observes that a substance can often cure symptoms which are similar to symptoms which it can produce. The doses of homeopathic remedies are so minute that there are no harmful side effects, and yet they are strong enough to present a healing stimulus to the body so that it can begin a return to a healthy, balanced state.
The whole person is considered in searching for one remedy which will stimulate the person's own healing response and bring their system into balance. It is a safe and effective system of healing which gently awakens the client's own healing abilities.

There are plenty of reasons to need a good cleanser - certain metabolic functions leave excess waste residue on our skin, as do emotional and mental stresses; and of course, there is dirt and pollution from the environment. Each Cleanser designed by Grateful Body cleans your skin by gently but effectively removing these surface impurities. You'll feel the difference.
Our Cleansers never dry or strip the skin and are free from detergents, fragrances, foaming agents and sulfates.

Licorice Root Such a useful botanical that it finds itself used extensively by both western and oriental herbal therapies.
